Good luck to Jesse Palmer, I hope the lad does well, and goes on to forge a long AFL career. :thumbsu:

As for the inclusion of O'Shea, it's a definite MEH from me, because even if he plays well against the Dees, we know an absolute Barry Crocker is just around the corner.

Re the ` arguably ' unfair exclusion of Butch, Lockett would have struggled to have any impact in 2 of the last three games the Power has played, and big Dix has done sfa in his last 5 games.

Maybe Kern needs to change his name to Barry Bland, because the bloke has absolutely no sense of theatre, and I can see least a few thousand supporters saying f*ck the footy this weekend, I have better things to do!

Dixon was limping last weekend and shouldnt have played, so in that context I would have rested him this week and kept Butcher in. Butcher is clearly not going to be on the list next year so dropping him is neither hear nor there outside of the context of resting Dixon.

Im no fan of Lobbe but again I think the selection makes sense. The season is shot and Trengove badly needs a rest. Bringing Lobbe into the team to take the brunt of the work against nearly the best ruckman in the league is more of a Trengove management thing than anything else.

Stewart was bloody diabolical last week. He deserves to be dropped. Whilst the idea of Bonner is fantastic, perhaps the coaches think it's just a bit too early to throw him in with all the other inexpeirence in the backline. It's a like for like swap but I reckon O'Shea's best is better than Stewart's.

Palmer coming is a good thing. Hope he gets a few touches.

I a fan of Dixon but he's not 100% fit so why drop Butch and leave him in? I thought we had a no risk policy.

I can see the reasoning behind Lobbe coming in to give Jako a hand but why oh why bring in Oshea?
I can't see why you wouldn't give Bonner a go instead.

Arch hasn't done enough, so little that I can see me changing my username next season. (As he wont be at Port)

Good luck to Jesse Palmer though!

Trengove up forward ?

It's like poeple have never watched some of these guys , ever.

I can't even rememeber Trengove taking a mark in the backline , and you wanna see if he can become a forward ?

Trengove as a tall backman is a shutdown scragging spoiler.

Also , the irony of delisted a player who was never given a consistant go at it as he just improves his kicking , to play a backman with probably the worst ball drop on our team forward is crazy.

Put any idea of Trengove being a capable forward out of your mind.

Great post.

Says it for me

Ken Hinkley you are ******* spineless buddy buddy coach who has lost his ******* perspective with this group of mollycoddled pretenders. I hope these ******* players claim your scalp like they have done to the coaches before you.

You get what you deserve, isn't that right?

If this club were even a shadow of the club it once was Ken would have been exposed as the imposter he is and frog marched out the club end of last season

I am more pissed of that at this point I do not GAF about who is in and out.
Dont even care about the game.

I have given up on Ken, anyone who saw last weeks coaching debacle should to.

4 years for this return. Piss off Ken, seriously piss off.

Bassett alluded to Trengove up forward
If that happens, I will genuinely walk out. You don't drop Bitcher to put Trengove at forward, you just ****ing don't!

I wonder if KT and the board melt like we do each thursday
