Like these inclusions, if Pendles, Adams, Swanny and even Marley can win the contested footy, Seedsman, Varcoe & Broomy have the potential to dominate on the outside. Still think we'll lose, but a bit more confident with those ins.

I'm happy Broomy is back, has been in the best 2-3 players on the ground the last 2 weeks at VFL level.

I would have brought Gault in though, and even Dwyer, Crows midfield will kill us if Grundy gets tired like he did last week, and we lack inside mids other then the main 3 now.

Grundy will be fine matty. It was pretty obvious that Broomhead would come in for Steele but I am pleasantly surprised by the inclusion of The Seed. I am sensing something special from him...

im surprised ramsey stays in with seedsman coming into the side. Ramsey would have been stiff but would have thought if he retained we should have gone with Gault. Selctors got it right last week so have to bow to their judgement again i guess. Go Pies!!

Its more a case of inferior running ability as a team.

It means less mids are getting a game if these guys are.

But they scrapped out a win last week so let's see how it goes again.

They weren't really who I was thinking of anyway.

Bit hard for Karnesiz or Gault for that matter to show good form when 2 weeks running they won't play at any level. Both on "standby" again this week according to club website.
Hope they play them in the vfl at a minimum. They would know full well if they are going to play sat arvo by sat morning.

Only worry is that by missing Sidebottom and playing Swan inside we really miss that accumulator of possession style player. Seedsman can find plenty of ball but I wouldn't expect much from him first game back, Varco has never been one to find big numbers.

Lets just hope we rob them "Right in front me!" style

Brown and Frost are going to have their work cut out stopping Walker. He looked like a monster last weekend.

Walker is one of the few non-Pies that I love, but am also simultaneously terrified of.
