Unless Kellaway is ready to go again I think no changes would be great to see for the second week running.

Tiv's ankle should be ok as well hopefully.
Jackson for Pattison I would hope.

The tall structure is working at the moment, but Pattison was the one too many. He was well beaten in the ruck when Simmonds went off and we were just lucky Foley was picking up everything out of the centre or else the Blues would have edged back in. Make Patto a regular next year but with Stafford keeping him out in the final two games and Schulz taking another spot up forward I think it would be more appropriate for Jacko to be given a game.

This is, if Jackson isnt injured. If he is bring in one of Roach, Humm or Rodan. We need one of these players so we are a bit more effective at ground level, rather than carrying an extra tall through the game. Also its a good chance to open up a spot for one of these three to get a late chance at producing some goods.

With a little luck we'll look back on this year as a repeat of 1994, where we had a young up and coming team that just missed out. We need some positive momentum to wrap up the season. Nothing worse than staggering to the line with a string of losses (even though that is what happened in 94).

With that in mind, I really want us to demolish the Bombers. Losing Fletcher will hurt them. May be worth omiting Pattison if anyone deserves being upgraded from the ressies.

If we lose this week i'll be really disappointed, and it would be sure to see the return of everyone's favourite bummer, Vanda!

Looking at the replay of Tivas ankle I'd be very suprised if he plays again this year. He rolled it almost completely over, didn't look good.

!

good point that Dan, this is like an episode of cold case..:p ..remember the season well playing the Cats at optus in R22, full house. Daffy kicked one of his best snaps from his highlight reel to close the margin to 14-15pts and the bloody joint just about shook down as 30,000 rabid tigers gave their all in our folorn attempt at a finals berth...sadly, the Cats put the foot down and left no-one in any doubt as to where we stood in the jungle...an almighty inspiration coming into season '95

We have a good side in atm so there probably shouldnt b any changes.

If tiva cant play because of his ankle bring in someone like roach, jackson, casserly or kellaway if he's right to go.

Maybe pattison would be omitted but i doubt it.

I wouldn't play Tivva again this year...bring in a kid!!!

Would like to see Chaffey dropped, but if there is no one to come what can ya do

Absolutely - if Kellaway comes back then we must drop Chafey he is no good and was our worst player on Sunday.- He ain't gunna be there next year so get rid of him now.

We must keep playing Patto. he did OK in the ruck - remember French tore simmo apart in the first quarter - but he needs more games to refine his around the ground stuff.

What i like about him is that every time he gets the ball he always does something good with it - he is good with both hand and foot and we need to polish those skills until they shine like a diamond.

He has played 15 games - just wait until he has played 50.

Have to stick with Patto even though I don't think he can make the grade. He won't learn much more at Coburg now. His skills are OK, he is physically up to the task. His only problem now is that his brain works like a slow-moving abacus.

His decision making needs to get quicker and better and that is only going to happen if he is being rushed and tested.

Yeah I agree bring Jackson in for his final 2 games at Punt road.

Have to love these threads with their random selections. Jackson wasn't in the seniors before his injury, was playing rubbish for Coburg, and hasn't played in 4 weeks.

Roach, Humm and Rodan didn't play because of the Coburg bye. They didn't get called up after OK performances against Bendigo. They just aren't in the mix. Roach and Humm are gone and only Rodan's contract will see him at the club.

Limbach? We have Schulz and Richardson fighting for FF and Stafford who can only play in the square. Bring in another specialist FF who has kicked a total of 3 goals in his last two games.

The only option left at Coburg is Trent Knobel coming in for Patto. The cupboard is bare folks.

Im just thinking 'Dean Cox' for now.
