True, but after the coach made positional changes that CLEARLY demonstrated that we needed a natural/leading key forward to replace Trengove, it is very surprising that we stuck with our broken setup.

I remember in Ken's first year when Thomas and Logan were completely dominating in the SANFL but Ken would never select them because their ball use was shit.

Oh my how standards have dropped. We're rewarding in players who don't work hard enough for possession as well as being poor ball users and are completely one dimensional players.

Considering its Trengove and what he did for the club last year, yes it certainly is....

But there plenty of players i wouldn't say that about, and its the only way the deserving young players will get a game, just like last year.

This was why I was so ****ing ropeable with our selections against Brisbane. Bar Houston, we picked completely the wrong players against Brisbane. Those players took three and a half quarters to shake off the worst team in the competition at our home ground. But because we won, 'we were never going to make wholesale changes'. Never mind that we have four forwards in our forward line who are averaging 1 goal or less a game while the clear leader of the Ken Farmer medal sits in the SANFL for the 11th consecutive week. It's utter bullshit.



The team bus could crash on the way to the game and Ken would wheel out Sam Gray's rotting corpse rather than play Eddy.
