No one was really bad against the dogs, we were just beaten by a better team.

If you had to pick a few who were down on recent form you could maybe suggest Sylvia and Bartram. In the fist half Sylvia went back to looking lost like he so often has in the past and Bartram wasn't up to his usual standard. Jones' poor disposals also rates a mention, but he's far from being dropped.

But that said neither was bad enough to warrant being dropped, especially seeing as there hasn't been anyone killing it at Sandy for consecutive weeks. If either preform poorly this week though they might make way for Petterd or some others getting close to selection.

Simple change of Davey in for the injured Green.

I assume thats your crack at naming the team. Will Melbourne name 3 on an extended bench, or becuase we leave Friday they will just name davey for green.

Every team that plays Sunday names an extend bench of 7, even if they end up not making any changes.

That was just what i think the team should look like, the team with the extend bench will be out a bit after 5:00pm tonight and the final team with 4 on the bench is named just after 5:00pm tomorrow night.

Pretty good effort there, it could easily be a case of Davey in for Green, but one possibility could be to drop Stef Martin - who has done nothing wrong but can't see a match up for him - and at Subi, an extra runner would always be appreciated.

Question is, if the club went down that path, who would be brought up? Yze? Pettard?
