Schultz: Doesn't have a position, useless at fullfoward, doesn't play KP back.
Hislop: Needs to learn to kick

Coughlan: Get some minutes in to his legs
Nahas: Give him 4 weeks in the seniors

JON: He may have found his position as a lead up half foward. I would like to give him another crack

Reasons:
Tambling - Not interested, not good enough ATM.

King - Just can't get his kicking right. Some bad decisions and loose checking.

Bowden - Has done some good things in the past and has done some bad but just not part of the future at Tigerland.

Edwards- Just not doing enough.

Nahas - Kicked 5 in the burgers deserves four striaght weeks in the ones to see what he's got.

Collins - Get the lad in simple as that.

Vickery - Good game against the dees to get a future prospect a good taste of senior football.

Coughlan - Get the man with some grunt in the middle.

If Connors is fit then get him in rather than Vickery in hindsight.

Gees Schulz was far from our worst today, he was one of the few who had the heart to chase when the ball cam streaming from the backline. Won't be dropped, no matter what people say.
Tambling deserves to be on todays effort, but probably won't be dropped.
Likely changes are Edwards for Collins and King for McMahon. I doubt Cogs will return, and, if anything, think that JON is the next in line for a senior call-up. Cogs, Cotch and Cousins still to return within 4 weeks...

We need to keep our mind on the big picture :
Nahas is to small to lay tackles on reasonably sized players, maybe we need to start looking at a White to fill this position as he won't get a gig in the mid-field if and when Cousins, Cotch and Coghlan return yet does have reasonable spped and tackling ability.
Vickery appears a long way off.
Hughes apparently played 2's yesterday and wasn't our 2's best forward.
Graham has shown the most promise as a possible ruckman and has improved in the past two weeks, its about time the club looked to the developement of players.
Connors : the report coming out of yesterdays game is that his attitude is a long way off what is needed to play AFL, the club doesn't need another who needs work between their ears representing its senior side.
