Westhoff has failed hopelessly to deliver when it counts this season. His set shot kicking this year is every bit as poor as Butchers. And as for all the other gear, what exactly, has he given us in the last month? Westie is a passenger right now, frankly O'Shizzle would make a better back up ruckman, at least he plays with some ******* heart.

You can ALWAYS count on Butcher to give you whatever he's got, granted it's not always great, but the chasing, tackling, and just good old effort are always there from Butch. The same cannot be said of Westhoff in recent times. People are starting to make noises about Gus, which is fair enough, but the Hoff is no different right now.

I wonder if dom will play for the Maggies. Listed as omitted.

He's tiny, it's why I put my head in my hands whenever we kick high to him in a one on one contest at high half forward. We always do it. He always loses the contest. His "win" is getting it over the boundary.

so happy that mitchell is playing again..definitely deserves to play! love when he gets pushed of the ball...and what about those huge overhead marks? he can really hold on to those tackles as well! love what he brings to the team.

What's the deal with Newton? What does he need to do to get a game?

Newton is playing very well .. getting about 30 disposals a game .. but his goal kicking is a bit of a problem since his AFL game (were he kicked that point late in the game) he has since kicked (from memory) about 1 goal 6.

Hell, I don't think Cassisi is a first 22 player but his AFL form has showed more than both combined.

Unless we kick 15.2 it's a bit hard to blame any one player on their goal kicking. .....

God Mitchell is horrible to watch. Looks like he's always making maximum effort for minimal results, fumbles, turns it over and misses goals.

If one of Jonas or Hombsch goes down Vickery or Riewoldt will tear us a new one.

Newton looks very slow at AFL level and I'm sure this is why he isn't getting a crack.
