OK ill take your word for it. If this is the case then I'd imagine it is a fairly untenable situation. How can you have a general manager of footy who is not on the same page as the president and coach? And furthermore, how can that be a workable situation if it is widely known that is the case...

CD laughed off speculation of a move to AFL House before our 9/11 didn't he? Maybe he's more emboldened to call it straight now, given that he's still got that as a fallback.

Since then CD's stocks have gone up, Koch's have gone down. CD will have a lot bigger say how long Hinkley survives for, than he did in 2017.

At the end of the day, you can disagree with someone, but for the greater good, you can try to make the best of the situation. To do the contrary would be an act of insubordination.

What cap space did we need? We only traded in Finlayson, we have already extended everyone we need to, he would have been out of contract at the end of next season. What does cap space have to do with any of it? Unless I've missed something.

If our cap is that tight, it won’t be popular but Gray shouldn’t have been resigned and politely asked to retire at the end of the year. He’s slowed down and won’t be a part of our next premiership and neither will Boak.

Hope Motlop won’t be resigned either.

But if we made the decision we needed to off load a young player for peanuts because we are tight meanwhile making other signings that go against that, that’s poor.
