Kennedy this year. More goals, more assists. He's an intimidating figure in the Eagles forward line and he tends to kick his 3 goals every game, regardless of his form.
12 goals in the last 2 weeks, Copeland trophy winner, premiership player.. yeah he's ok I guessYou should still be happy with Cloke though.
To be honest Dawes is a better comparison, our 2nd string power forward is better than most 1st strings and then we have the anvil who will inexplicably break games open now and then and is the prototype 2nd ruckman/power forward as a 3rd option.. it's an embarrassment of riches reallyHe is ok, I agree.

Cloke won the Copeland at 20 years of age holding down the gun position on the ground and was the critical element in our premiership forwardline structure as he is today.Don't know why Collingwood supporters go on about this 'Copeland trophy', can't you just say B&F? Also, premiership player doesn't mean a great deal, Richard Hadley won a premiership IIRC.

We were a top 4 side. He had plenty of competition for a B&F.No doubt but whilst a good side, you weren't the side you are today when he won it.

We were top 4, he was 20 and the position was CHF.. name another that's won their B&F at that age playing the gun position on the ground in a top sideNo doubt but whilst a good side, you weren't the side you are today when he won it.
That's ridiculous, you're saying Darcy's opinion is the only one that counts on the selection panel. I think Cloke would be ahead of Kennedy at the moment but the only selector who is known to be in agreeance is Luke Darcy.Darcy (AA selector) gave it away on One Week at a Time.. Cloke at CHF, Kennedy next option
Looked a done deal going by his reaction, he'd be in contact with the other selectorsThat's ridiculous, you're saying Darcy's opinion is the only one that counts on the selection panel. Clokes the best traditional KF in the game right now. buddy's a better player but i wouldn't call him a better CHF (in the traditional sense anyway), cloke and buddy in the same team would be a match winning combo.
The Eagles KFs are playing great footy too, Lynch has been very good this year and Kennedy is emerging, Eagles have a pretty good list ATM and could do some damage come september, but as for the question, Cloke>Kennedy, it's pretty clear cut IMO, not saying it wont change though, cloke has a history of losing form for long stretches, so far so good in 2011.
