Also, Robert Walls, and look what we did to him/he did to us.
That campaigner should never have been anywhere near Punt Rd.

I'd rather watch us lose every week than watch us win playing that shit.
I am of the same opinion. My side starts playing football like that I will officially be off the Afl.

Johnno Brown as forward line coach next year ? I like it a lot
Not sure if he has coaching aspirations but if he does I would expect him to look at changing clubs for experience.

Gtfo.

Nothing is more prized than a win for any professional sports team. I hate how some of our supporters tolerate it to the point of acceptance just because we've been shit for so long.

I'm not a fan of Roos either but I'd sure as hell rather see us win 60-xx than loose 120-xxx. If you'd rather we lose week in week out but score more than seriously just gtfo, you're a loser.

No interest in joining the cult if Roosology and worrying about my theatan levels before match day

Xenu will ultimately beat him anyway

Roos makes teams better than they look on paper by creating a greta team spirit and making them give 100%, with a massive focus on a tough contested game style. He is also smart and can work out how to beat others game styles. I'd love him, for the results. His approach does lead to a negative style, but I can live with that if the results come.

Unlikely to happen. But he seems to me to be much smarter than the average coach.

I suspect, adn hope, Dimma has a good hard look at himself, or the club forces that to happen, and he learns a lot form this year. He outsmarted himself and out team. Our current situatino is the coaching groups fault, along with us having fairly weak onfield leadership and a lack of smarts. Sometimes the fire of a poor season can turn players into leaders and make immature guys take responsibility. Hope that happens.

Agree with this. Roos no matter how you think of him is a good coach. He works his game plan to suit his players not like our club apparently this year designs a game plan our boys cant perform. IMO Roos or a Lyon would be perfect for us solely for there proven record in causing a culture shift among the playing group. I could take a negative game style for a year if it meant our boys mentally harden up. Also keep in mind, as the swans got better they did become a attacking team.

So it seems Paul Roos' contract finishes the same time as Dimma's. He has also shown is happy to accept $$$$ to turn a basket case club around and change cultures.

I despise the Roos game plan, and would rather see Joel and Butch Bowden playing kick-to-kick in the back pocket over seeing the Tigers with 12 half backs (aka The Paul Roos Game Plan).

I don't think it's a flat out bad idea, though.

What if Roos was employed as a development coach? Bring the premiership team perspective and set the bar for non-negotiables, without having ANY input into game plan?

How many of our players have genuinely improved this season?
Now look at Pederson (absolute uberspud from the past) and Dunn (laughing stock) and **** me, even Jack Watts. He gets the best out of players.
If people don't want that, then they are clueless.
