You're all rating Pattison based on his ruckwork. Give him a shot at CHF / FF instead of Schulz.
In: Thomilf and Patto
Out: Edwards and Schulz

I believe it works much like Polo and came from the Port Board.
Thus Port fans believed Thomson was so unlucky not to get games he must be sleeping with Choco's mum, hence, Thomilf.
If that's correct, I guess we have Polomilf.![]()
It might help to remember that Patto was actually drafted as a key forward. All I would want from Patto as a CHF/FF is for him to be competitive. Doesn't have to kick 70+ goals. Just need him to provide a target for our players coming out of the backline. After spending a couple of years being a backup ruck I think Patto would have a big enough tank that would see him cover plenty of ground as a lead up big man. Having him join Riewoldt and Hughes/Schulz as the 3 talls in the forward line would give us the structure that we have been missing over the first couple of weeks. It would also mean we can use Richo in his midfield role where the opposition often struggles to find a match up for him.You are kidding.

we have 2 big KPP that are forwards but have been used as ruckmen. both patto and putt need to stay down forward and devolope into big bodied strong forwards, that ruck but only for a short time. i agree use patto down there. because of his height it might drag one of the ruckmen down back to play on him. but if patto is brought into the team, i'd like him to be used as a forward. It might help to remember that Patto was actually drafted as a key forward. Did Thursfield play?
Sorry if I missed any report on how he went but... how did he go?
& for anyone who knows, how did Connors go in the 2's?
Thanks...
It would help more to forget what the spin doctors said when he was drafted and take note that he won the TAC coaches' award playing AS A RUCKMAN, has played exclusively AS A RUCKMAN at Richmond and is too slow, cumbersome and not a good enough mark to play such a difficult and crucial role as CHF at the highest level. It might help to remember that Patto was actually drafted as a key forward. Open your eyes to the reality, Realistic, and close your ears to the talk for a change. Polak has a better chance than Patto of holding down a key forward spot.
THO MILF????
want to elaborate on that Danog??
Not quite an Elle McPherson or Pamela Anderson or Vanessa Marcil I woud have thought
I've seen Patto play at CHF for Coburg. He gets to quite a few contests but isn't a great mark. More importantly he is very slow.
I can't see him holding down a Key foward spot

agree, we do not want to rush him. looks like he is getting some form. would be great to have him back even if he isnt as good as he use to be.Lets be careful with Cogs, he is potentially a very important player, and he has only played to VFL practice matchs, I think round 1 is this weekend, see how he goes when they are at 100% first
Cheers mate. I didnt think it was a typo. had me curious.
maybe works in reverse for Jordo.
