Not always pretty and a few things to work on, especially from some more senior members of the team

But good signs again from Bruhn, Neale stood tall with 5 goals and Edwards showed plenty of promise with his debut game in the ruck

We're now 1-1 heading into our first bye, before returning to KP against the Crows

Only six goals after QT for Freo. Outside of that first quarter debacle, we returned to somewhere near our best at shutting down sides defensively and to be honest, it was all us after that break.

After last week we needed a response and it took until QT of Round 2 to do it, but what a response it was!

Great win. Can't believe the turnaround. To give up 50 point in the first qtr, a huge loss was on the cards. We were controlling the game in the second half. Great coaching to make the right adjustments and credit to the players for digging in.

A lot of players really bounced back.

Close needs to find a way to get involved when it's not all free flowing football. Doesn't even tackle.
