Look mate, I don't really want to argue with a stranger on the internet at 9am on a Monday morning.
I personally think that Sharp should be higher too - but the Rookie Me Central guys are pretty good at what they do.

Here is a response they gave about Sharp earlier in the year.

It should be noted that these comments came before SA won the carnival, before Sharp won the MVP medal, and before he had solidified in his position in the League team
Those comments were made after he'd played 2 games and had destroyed Vic Metro and eclipsed Duursma. A few days later they had to respond to people calling them out. Everyone else was fapping over him. These clowns? "Nah, we don't like his haircut".

Sharp easily has the best hands and vision in close of any player in this draft pool and it's not even close.
In the draft pool sure. I’m just saying from vision I’ve seen I don’t think he can be elite at it at the next level, and if that’s his only trick then I worry about spending a top 2 pick on him.

If we can get our hands on more top 10 picks then I’d definitely take him but with the way the modern game is, you need to either be Neale/Green or have more strings to your bow, otherwise we’re just getting Dev Robertson or Will Phillips.

Hahaha. Their response is ****en lol.

Clearance players win football games. Look at the list of the clearances per game. Almost all of them are very good players and we'd love in our team.

Was that a smart move in your opinion

Or you could not pay them to move.
Dev made VFL team of the year which shows that he deserves a spot on an AFL list somewhere.

No superstar but would make us better as he's better than clay hall gross dewar Allan... Bout the same as Graham
Dewar is soft as butter but has more talent in his little finger than Dev.
Better than Gross? Seriously? You have to be taking the piss!
Better than Bo? Give me a break! Whatever your smoking send some my way.

So we could have to pay 10% in 1st year of his salary
25% in the 2nd

And 50% in the 3rd year

And all his salary in a fourth year .

I finally understand it .

Under the AFL’s rules, if he was medically retired by an AFL panel, he would have 90 per cent of his salary exempted from the salary cap in the year after he exited the game. In the second season post-retirement he would have 75 per cent exempted, then 50 per cent in the third — but after the third, no more protection.
