To be fair the Brisbane one's aren't that far off considering at the Eagles game you're sitting in a brand new stadium with the best comforts and amenities that come with that, compared to the Lions fans rocking up at the Gabba which is in line to be pulled down and rebuilt for the Olympics.

Do a direct comparison with Freo Memberships for comparison.

The thing is, they just rebuilt most of the hospitality areas of the Gabba, it's just the seats are the same and they aren't even that bad.

They can't realistically charge more for membership because there's no supply & demand for seating for the Lions, like there is for WCE.

I also imagine Gabba stadium fees are far cheaper than the ones at Optus, which would contribute quite heavily to the overall price.

$780 per for a deluxe membership, which includes guaranteed access to purchase a GF ticket should we make it.

$625 for premium+ or $1500 for a family.

$375 for the cheapest membership. Not bad seats really.

GA membership is $475.

Are all clubs the same membersip prices?

No. A lot of the VIC memberships similar to a deluxe membership are $1k+.

Then a lot of the Vic teams have higher tier memberships that extensive waiting lists that start around $1.4K+.

In that case, the market is clearly showing that prices are affordable, they could raise them even more and imagine they'd still have more demand than they could accommodate.

Pretty much. There's no incentive for them to lower prices, simply due to demand.

Thats crap. West Coast Eagles are not a privately traded company hell bent on profit. We also have alternatives to source income from other areas besides the member itself

As a company its a situation whereby we are underutilising our ability to profit from one source to grab from the customer. Its very poor business

To ban or not to ban Briskent. Or at least give us all a break from his passive - aggressive approach. I suspect many of us have had a gutful of his "Ï am a nice guy - pardon if I whack you" approach. It doesn't have to be a permanent ban. Just a relief from the constant crap we get from the self proclaimed Wise Man from the East.

Freo is a good example though as a club that gets 6 mill more then us

Freo tough to find for some reason. I can see there version of our 580 dollar seats however is 410 bucks

Our cheapest are 450
