No one starring in the WA vs SA game, but the u17s as good as anyone out there today. Proves the quality of next years draft.

Both MJ and Draper have been good without being dominant, but you can see the quality difference they have.
Lochie Paton been very good off half forward
Tunstill and Hough been good.
Dittmar very quiet.

Liddy probably best on ground again, bigger body midfielder but finds it on the outside. Nothing spectacular about him, but feels like a consistent performer.
Some of Wanganeen-Milera kicking has been amazing.

But it's been the u17s I've been really impressed with.

A week ago KM was telling wce should get him with pick 10

I have very different ratings of where I see players than KM. He does great write ups and follows the players but he does tend to have and stick with his favourites. It all comes down to what clubs need and where they rate players. It's hard to say what happens with the eastern states guys who haven't played as much football. I see it going one way or the other. The WA and SA guys get picked up much earlier than normal due to being able to show lots of games or it goes the other way and recruiters due to overexposure start picking out faults with them and some slide with the a lot of the Vics being picked early off of a couple of great games with the eye that they will develop more in relation to the WA and SA guys.

It's a very hard draft to pick and I can see at least a major deficiency in every single guy in the draft pool outside of Horne and Daicos.

There is however one thing i will strongly stand by and I don't care if he makes it to the rookie draft. I don't rate Williams as a KPP and see 4 KPP at the very least I would take over him just from WA.

Port will have to match a early bid , Freo too with Motlop and Benning who is impressing as mobile ruck/fwd ..

yeah, a bit more complicated for us given our list needs, but would be the ultimate purples move if they pass on a local prospect that plays in a role they’re desperate for, and he’s a mad purples fan. I’ll be cracking a beer if they pass on JVR and take Sinn.

Pitt over darling had me doing cart wheels years ago, not sure if I’ve still got a cart wheel in me, but I’ll be giving it a crack.

Yeah, all respect to KM but his ratings sometimes are bizarre.

Agree with you on Williams - I would not want him with any of our first three picks.

I would happily go JvR or Bazzo with a R2 and happy to hold back on talls and aimfor a Polson with a R3 or Rookie

Yeah Freo NGAs are both decent.
But Wanganeen-Milera is open draft.
