Shit i remember that game. Worth checking out on youtube . Play fwd to a pitched up ball and flies over the keepers head.

Anywho peeps Lyons career should now be over.

Shitful captaincy imho

To not bowl Maxwell more, Warner, himself or anyone else that can roll the arm over is just doing the same thing over and over and expecting different.

Hazelwood and Cummins will be farked after this innings...

Agree, Smith really missed a trick with his bowlers today.

aaaaannd, now Warner's out.

Our left handers are in for a nightmarish day with so much rough outside their off stump. Surviving the day will require a massive effort, and some luck. Those twats are going to be chirping away all day appealing for everything as they surround the batsmen. If Smith can find someone to hang around with him all day we're a chance. Time for some of the underperformers to stand up!

Bangalore test was North Melbourne's round 22 2008 / round 25 2012 / GF 1998 etc etc. Opportunity lost.

Some of the umpiring during India's 1st innings has been.. interesting. I actually hope Gould et al were getting free aloo gobis because otherwise they're ****ing incompetent.

And yes, not so quietly anymore Warner is amassing quite a streak of shite. Maxwell cops it for lacking the brain to switch gears but Davey has closed in on his turf fast.

We are rooted with a capital R now. If we had more than 2.5 batsmen per innings firing and maybe a captain with some sense of creativity in attack (kudos archereleven ) things might've been different.

Now we get to watch the team that has surpassed the poms as the most annoying pack of twats to don the whites in recent history give it to us in the rough.

Yep, stuffed! History shows we usually fold like the old bloke's chair on days like this.

I hope an all in brawl breaks out post match as the teams shake hands which sees us come out breathing fire in the 5th test where we roll 'em and subsequently draw the series and retain the Border-Gavaskar Aloo Mutter Plate.

We lost the last test due to one bad day, seems we may have done the same again.

Simply can't afford to let the pressure come off teams like India in their conditions.

No no no, only us Aussies do that - see 2008 Sydney test, aka "monkeygate".

So, no Foxtel and I just keep updating the live scores. At 2/59, Smith and Renshaw proceeding slowly and carefully and getting the deficit under 100 runs, I'm thinking they might actually hang on. Nekminit 4/63 and both back in the shed, with the team's hopes on the slight shoulders of the greater Marsh. Sigh.

Have heart! (to heart)

At least there is only one Marsh to let us down!

Nekminit SMarsh bats out the entire day

Hanging in there. In reality we have lost three top order wickets, one to a bad shot (Warner), one to a freakish delivery (Smith) and one other that is neither here nor there. I sense this pitch is still a road.

Jadeja has played 22 tests in India, taking 116 wickets with a bowling average of 19.48 and a strike rate of 55.3. Away from India, 8 tests, 21 wickets, bowling average 41.8, strike rate 96.2. Only half as good away from home.
