Let's just say from a female point of view that I am very appreciative that they are always on the members side so we don't have to see them that often.

My gym coach always told me to make a routine for a display 'short, sharp and shiny' ......well they get the shiny right on the costumes (and often not that appropriate for the size/shape of the girls) but the routines are way too long and also very inappropriate for a huge stadium.

My sister and I one year went down to the trials to see what they actually were looking for/wanted, instead of just sitting in the crowd and bagging them. The girls that had been on the squad for years were completely confused by what the choreographer was telling them, let alone us that hadn't worked with her before!
