OH Come on.. Fair is fair..... we need to change our logo back to a Black Cat
Oh shit it must be my fault. The last couple of months I've been getting friendly with our neighbours cat, which you guessed it is black:(

You do realise our old logo was a Black Cat?
Yes. A black cat cartoon was created and we recorded an upset win. I understand for us it was considered good luck I was playing on the bad luck superstition...

Next time you see that cat... kick it

hard

Whilst he was not likely to play seniors this year it's bloody frustrating. Was showing some very promising signs in the 2s... still won't hurt him to sit in the weights room for the next 2 months

Injuries literally kill clubs' seasons. They can end young players' careers.
I really think the GFC (and AFL clubs in general) should invest more time/money/effort in investigating ways to limit injuries, and/or speed up the recovery times. I understand that sport (especially aussie rules) involves getting your body bashed up for 2 hours, and that injuries are inevitable, but all I'm trying to say is that clubs should treat the "sport science"/"medical" sector as extremely important. Several injuries to key players can easily hold teams back from reaching their true potential, and can seriously f*** with the side's future development.

This area of limiting injuries should be (it may already be) looked into thouroughly. It may sound like a stupid idea to some, but 50 years ago, who would have thought that something like the internet could possibly be created? Who would have thought that one day it might be possible to live on Mars? These days, the possiblities are endless...s***, you can even physically change your own body, such as your skin colour! Who knows, we may find new, novel ways to limit injuries and speed up recovery times - and it is a real possibility given how much the medical world has developed in recent decades.

I wonder what a Pivotonian mascot might look like?
Get around it!

What happens when we don't have enough numbers to field a team?

A few more injuries and it'll get almighty close.
Ask our next door neighbours on the BF panel.
