Out of all the players out of contract I would like to see these offers made.

Monfries, Angus (2 years) Utility who is one of the most consistent on our list. Good clubman.

Jetta, Leroy (2 years) Plenty of X-factor and potential. done enough for 2 more years

Davey, Alwyn (1-2 years) getting on a bit, wouldn't be angry at the club if they offer 1. had a good year so 2 years would be ok

Gumbleton, Scott (1-2 years) Worth 2 based on talent and what he showed this year. but would be a risk. I hope he stays!

Hille, David (1 year) 1 year, good back-up

Lovett-Murray, Nathan (1 year) Utility who can fill multiple holes. Must sign IMO

Dyson, Ricky (delist or 1 year) Good kick and can be a good depth played as shown earlier in the year.

Reimers, Kyle (1 year or Rookie) 1 year i hope! personal favourite. I can see him grabbing at the opportunity if given the chance.

Lonergan, Sam (delist or Rookie) good bloke, but i can't see him improving.

Prismall, Brent (delist or Rookie) cruelled by injury. would be a sizeable risk to sign him on

Ross, Michael (delist) haven't seen much of bendigo, but I can't see whos place he can take in the team

Slattery, Henry (delist) Hardingham, Hibbered, Dempsey, Lovett-Murray and Dyson all ahead of him for mine.

Would think the club will get rid of Dyson, Lonergan, Prismall, Ross and Slattery.

Only 10 names to go, Hille and Fletch are either retire or stay so really only 8, only 2-3 of which I would care about if they left.

I think we are better to offer lonergan a contract - he is a good depth player and better than some 17-18 yo 120th draft pick.. Can play a good role if req'd and would be hopeful the coaching panel sees that and offers a year.

In herald sun today - Rookie lists are down from 6 to 4 (meaning free spots for Lee and Long no longer exist). AFL clubs are lobbying the AFL to get this rule changed.

As it stands currently EFC have no free rookie spots.
