Winderlich would have to consider himself very very unlucky if he was not to be offered a contract. A Hird favourite so I can't see it (him leaving) happening.
On the flip side, I am next to 100% certain Pears will leave.

Yeah I think if Winderlich runs out the season without any major injury he's a cert to get another deal. Can definitely see Pears leaving, there'd be a fair few clubs who could offer him regular senior footy.

Winders has gone from being a gut running midfielder who got 19 - 20 disposals to a game during the 2007 - 10 period, to a defensive forward who now averages 11 - 12.
He'll be 30 next year and his body is really letting him down - he's only managed 12 games during the last 3 seasons, so hes missed a hell of a lot of footy. Hes still got class - no doubt about it - but I wouldn't be giving him any more than a 1 year deal in 2014, and only IF he gets through 2013 without breaking down again.

The only way Licka won't be here next year is if he is squeezed out because of the salary cap and goes through FA. O'Brien would be very stiff

Would rather lose Ryder than losing Belly.

Next year Hille will retire, so that leaves to ruckman on our list. If we lose Belly or Patty we will have 1. We should try to retain both and then draft Sikora.

We will no doubt trade Gumby, and probably Pears.

I am worried we might lose Crameri though, with Daniher coming in, he might not feel safe and then leave. There was some speculation about him on the AFL website today.
