^^^You should take note of the 66 out of a possible 110 games difference there.
Let's look at the stats closer
2010
Wells - 12 matches, 227 disposals (18.9), 63 marks (5.2), 11 goals (1), 24 tackles (2)
Rioli - 12 matches, 191 disposals (15.9), 48 marks (4), 17 goals (1.4), 58 tackles (4.9)
After 56 games
Wells - 56 matches, 845 disposals (15.1), 214 marks (3.8), 32 goals (0.6), 111 tackles (2)
Rioli - 56 matches, 833 disposals (14.8), 220 marks (3.9), 62 goals (1.1), 234 tackles (4.2)
Cyril has the advantage in tackles, but that is primary to his role.
Otherwise, there's not too much in it.
It's unfortunate that Daniels OP has severely stifled his momentum as he was tracking at 25 disposals a match the last time he was able to string a dozen matches together. It would also benefit Daniel if he had the luxury of playing 3rd banana behind Franklin and Roughead instead of drawing the number 1 tagger for most of his career.
LOL at this comment, Daniel has the luxury of being about 5th banana behind Harvey, Swallow, Bastinac, Ziebell and basically any other spud that the Kangas run through the midfield.

Idiot. Complete idiot.

Injuries are a weak excuse as wells has neither ticker or a work ethic.
he would be carltons 3rd best player.
Wells v Hawthorn 2010 - 20 disposals, 7 marks, 3 goals.
Rioli v North 2010 - 8 disposals, 3 marks, 1 goal.
It's no wonder North fans don't rate Rioli, he never does anything against us.

So, Brad Roo is saying that Wells is better?
When he's fit?
There's no doubt about that.
The discussion won't even be up for debate until Rioli can step in to the midfield full time.

Amazing logic that.
Cyril >>>>>>>>>>> daylight >>>>>>>>> more daylight >>>>>>>>> Andrew Swallow >>>>>>> Wells.
Using yours stats, other than posessions, Rioli beats him hands down.
You have to wonder about someone that questions logic and then posts something like this:
