it's not a trial. It's a Directions and Interlocutory Hearing at 10.30am, Interlocutory's are nothing but a temporary direction on an issue Upshot, just another court order

She is in Queensland right? Leaving for a flight tomorrow as she claims, Isn't Queensland due for a massive storm tomorrow delaying her flight to Melbourne? How will she make it to court anyway if the case?

Looks like it's just an Interlocutory hearing, which if I understand correctly will just be seeking an injunction preventing further release of photos.

Doesn't look like she is being sued at this stage.

I'm no lawyer but I spspect she'll be able to request an adjournment due to extenuating circumstances. But I imagine an injunction on further photos will be granted, regardless of her presence.

Doubt her flights will be affected, there are flights between Brisbane & Melbourne nearly every half an hour with both Qantas and Virgin - that wont be an issue

disagree, i do think she is hiding something though, but that
could be as simple as her hiding the fact shes slept with all these players she claims to have photos of.

i dont think her approach to the situation is correct and keep in mind shes only young, but theres still alot of water to pass under the bridge before id be making up my mind one way or the other as to the full extent of the situation.

until then its nothing but speculation, noone here has the "facts"

It's pretty much 100 percent established that Riewoldt was telling the truth about the photos being taken in Miami.

Someone posted photos on another forum of the hotel they stayed in in Miami and the room is identical. Same weird wall feature and everything.

Hardly a good interview. The interviewer obviously had an agenda of trying to expose an easy target with her line of questioning. The girl is 17 FFS, and her actions suggest that she is in a fragile state of mind. The kid needs counseling, not ridiculing.

The interviewer obviously wasn't aware that the girl initially met the St.Kilda players via an official AFL school visit by the players. Whether they like it or not, AFL players (like politicians) are expected to uphold the highest level of public morality. The interviewer fails to understand this, and brought up the ridiculous comparison with a Woolies employee.

Any media outlet seeking to interview her, is nothing short of gutter journalism.

No. It's not moronic to suggest your club has an image problem when it comes to scandals of the sexual nature.

Even your own female supporters especially the young mums are questioning their memberships over this.

She had no complaints at the time. It was after she realised that relations had cooled, after following players interstate, that she felt spurned.
