So the plan was to get x2 firsts, yet you said Demons never offered that, but go on to say Port's plans are now ruined. How are their plans ruined if Melbourne never offered that to begin with? Amazing logic.
The plans aren’t ruined, Port doesn’t want to let Houston go to begin with, which is why they’re telling his manager they want overs to let him go.

There is a very big difference between wanting 2 first round picks, which has been documented, that PA wanted and Melbourne offering 2 first round picks, which has been refuted on many occasions.

I’m not an “ITK,” so I don’t know what’s been offered. I can only go off what others who are ITK have said and make sense of that. You’re the one making these claims not me.
I don’t know why you’re so triggered by Port Adelaide, though. It seems every chance you get, you talk us down.
Like imagine thinking a top 2 team running it back is a “horrible situation to be in” or that barely any of our players are worth anything. You’ve even been on our boards saying Houston was only worth a 2nd.

When did Melbourne express interest in Houston? If it was when you were top 4 then I can see you offering pick 16-18 + F1 (pick 16-18) for him but definitely not pick 6 + F1 (pick 4-6).

Can you please enlighten us on what our draft and trading strategy is in detail so we know the extent of the disarray it’s in? Is it just one of our best players potentially not moving on that has ruined all of our plans?

Port wanting 2 first rounders is actually a good thing for Melbourne fans because it means that the dees wont be offering pick 6, because it definitely wouldn't be Pick 6 + another late first rounder.
Yer definitely sucks to be sitting 2nd with the majority of top players under 24 and have 2 father sons and a nga in this draft regardless if Houston leaves or not.
Add to it we are strongly in the running for both players from gws.
