Great to hear! Has played very well this year for us and to be honest after seeing him in preseason (im fairly sure it was him) my impression was that he was still a bit off.. but he just seems to read the ball well adn his reach is amazing sometimes when you think his opponent will mark it he closes in and punches from nowhere! Certainly a great 3rd tall option and will free otten up for midfield next year (nfi whos spot he takes? prob VB's and VB will slot in to Goodys possie!)

not the obvious choice, but there were no standouts this week. Colyer was pretty good in a losing team, while Davis and Sloane both had solid performances. Mooney kicked 2 goals on Davis, while Sloane kicked 2 goals himself (one of which was the sealer), so i would've though Sloane played the better game, but i guess it might've gone to Davis to reward consistency all year.

Davis has looked at home at AFL level right from his first game.

You can tell he's going to be a very good player as he has that one quality that the top-liners all have - time. He rarely ever looks under real pressure.

Hopefully the rumours are right and he does get the nom this week because his form has been good enough for one over several weeks now.

I thought his greatest rival for the nom this week would have been Sloane, who surely must win one if he continues in his current form.

Pity about Hendeson being a few months too old - he'd snaffle one too given his current form.
