Just heard KG talking on 5AA.

Hudson > Western Bulldogs for a second round pick, likely to be their pick which is 22.

Messen > Melbourne for either their 3rd or 4th round draft pick (37 or 53), still undecided (KG wasn't happy).

Mcmahon > Richmond for their 3rd round pick....

I hope we have secure Hudson a 2nd round pick and we dont get the bulldogs 3rd round pick they get from richmond...

Carlton will hand over 20-year-old Kennedy and pick 3 and 20 in the pre-season draft for the Eagles captain who quit the club last month to return to Melbourne.

As you're compelled to use any pick you trade for I can't see Adelaide accpeting a 4th round pick for Meesen. That trade would actually do more harm than just letting him walk into the PSD:o

Also can't see the Bullies letting McMahon walk for just a 3rd rounder either.

Never forget that most of the time KG is full of crap.

Good to see they're not intent on shafting us. :thumbsu: (If this is really the case)

4th round pick :rolleyes:

**** it. Off to the PSD with Meesen. Thanks for nothing you bottler.

Mcmahon > Richmond for their 3rd round pick....

Seems a bit low. Although their 3rd rounder is pretty high. Terry was his first coach, so he's probably a fan.

He sounded pretty certain about all of it....i reckon its correct as he's repeated it twice now....

Again, the man is a fool. He'll be lucky to get one of those right:thumbsd:

I remember two years ago he was confidently telling us how a deal looking like:

Adelaide --> Fevola
St. Kilda --> Watts
Carlton --> Pick 17

had been signed sealed and delivered:rolleyes:

how many forwards to the Power want....

i didn't think kicking goals was the problem it was getting the ball down there.

Key forwards could potentially be an issue. Certainly some questions on how long Tredrea has left. With White looking to depart and doubts on Willits on the list I think it is a good pickup from Port.

I think he's got talent, just questionable application. For a second rounder in a weak draft, I think it's a decent gamble for a club lacking KPP's, especially up forward. (With Willits being a dud and all)

Sounds like we'll be involved in the JS trade too, with Symes moving to the AFC.

Late second recounder (even a 3rd), Symes and Schulz would probably be a reasonable deal for all in this draft.

Makes the Mattner trade look even worse.

Nah Iam pretty comfortable with the deal .....anywhere in the first half of 2nd round ....unfortunately Sydneys 2nd round a bit high but were we going to wait around for Sydney to trade for a lower pick .....IMO no

Shultz to Port for pick 16 apparently ....reported on 3AW in Melbourne.
I'd take that and run if true. Didn't think we would be able to get anything that good for Schulz. Having said that he's still definetly a chance to make it as a player. He'll probably win the Coleman after the year Rodan had with Port.
