Deconstructing the JonBenet Ramsey case - Delphi Murders

I stumbled on this guys channel when looking at the Staircase Killer a few werks ago. Hes so concise and nails the main points. All the most logical critical thinkers, weighing evidence, seem to all concur that JonBenet was murdered by members of the household, for whatever reason, and then tried to cover it up with a false intruder story.

I like him but he's far from perfect.

He quotes the stats to further his argument as if that tidies it up and which favour someone in the household as being responsible and which every crimininologist in Australia cited when Cleo Smith was abducted out of her tent. First, stats said the parents were responsible for her disappearance, then the stats said that if she'd been abducted the offender was white, she was killed within hours and the odds of her being found at all after nearly one month were almost zero.

Wrong on every count. :$

There's just sooooo much sus stuff with all the evidence (as that Dr pointed out concisely, but also as Mindshock goes into enormously great depth in his 9 videos, i've only watched 3 so far). MS is good because he analyzes all the evidence/reports/rumors FOR the family and AGAINST the family, and points out the ones that do not make sense, seem fabricated (both for and against either theory), etc.

But....the evidence far outweighs one way imo. Even the Dr's evidence against the family doing it is very minimal, whereas the evidence for the family doing it is very strong and cannot be shaken away. Just far too much inconsisteny, things that canNOT be written off, that are damning.

Good doctor also left a LOT of stuff out.

The information from Mindshock that John lost his mobile phone that night, where did that come from? I can't find any reports of that.

That's why I keep trying to persuade people to watch MS. He goes over EVERYTHING, finds info that many people wouldn't know about, from police reports, sources, old interviews with everyone involved etc. You have to also forgive me when I do running commentaries....sometimes I mishear things, or miss a bit as hes talking to type something down, so SOME things I posted that MS went over arent exact to what he said. Like....the scream. The neighbor actually did report hearing it to her neighbor about 6 days after, but after much police interviews with her and then reporters hassling her for more info, her account changed a lot over the years, but some of that is also her own fault, saying things like "it wasnt a vocal scream, but her soul screaming out", etc. But when Smith got to her 4 years later, and Smith's own investigation, paid for by Ramsey, much sus stuff in there too, some of it can be discredited as tampering by the Ramseys to paint an intruder story.

Anyway, watch MS, it's only 9 videos at least (not 76 of Maura Murray) and hes using a better poindexter voice generator in the Ramsey case, not the horrific one for the Murray case. He really does fight for both sides of the story, even delves into many other theories a lot of people have never even considered.

Yeah the scream can almost be written off, as if it didn't happen.

The suspicious lights on/off in areas of the house is interesting though.

So the Fernie's (friends of the Ramsey's) cut off contact with the Ramsey's because they caught them lying, posting an advert in the newspaper to try and lead people astray.

This was in regards to marks on the butler pantry door that had been made aware to Patsy prior to the killing, but then she pointed to that as evidence of an intruder after the fact.

Ep 3

John Ramsey: "That house is not hard to get into"

What kind of comment is that?

They remind me a bit of the McCanns. Very privileged, wealthy but naive people who think that bad things can't touch them, they can't become victims because they're above it and they don't really understand that not everybody has their best interests at heart.

Was that what someone thought might have been a torch?

A couple neighbors on that side of the house said it was a kitchen light on, and people walking about (the kids being naughty eating pineapple after midnight), but that they never usually see lights in the kitchen on that late.

A couple other neighbors said there were no lights on in the kitchen area, and that usually the lights are always on late at night.

MS....lot of contradictory reports in so many little areas of the case.

Yea hes pretty good imo, started listening to him a few months ago.

I used to post on another forum years ago, but when the forum owner decided that the only discussion would be on the Ramsey's as her murderers, I got off (or maybe was thrown off :) ).

So I'm not in the Ramseys Did it (RDI) camp. I still think it was an intruder but LE had no interest in investigating anyone other than the Ramseys.

Basically what GG.exe

There was a flickering light that they had never seen on.

There was also like a front room light that was ALWAYS on at night, probably to ward of intruders. One of the neighbours noticed this wasnt on and thought it was odd.

The neighbour who saw the light ON said they also saw someone walking around in the kitchen, but in a way that was trying not to wake anyone up, like trying to sneak around etc.

I'm up to episode 3, Maxwell is hilarious.

An intruder might want to turn that front room light off?

Is it possible that Fleet White didn't actually search the basement? Like he might have said he did but was too scared to go down alone? Thinking the killer may have still been down there or whatever.

Just a thought because a lot of his story and search doesn't line up with John Ramsey's

Another great point, wouldn't the kids be terrified of the basement?

Surely there is no way they would be venturing down there late at night at that age (6 and 9).

One of the cleaners said JonBenet was terrified and would avoid it at all costs.

Burke however said: "It's my house, I go down to the basement and play all the time"

Roughly 1:17:00 mark of episode 4.

A cleaner talking about the general dirtiness of the house - said she wouldn't work at that house because it was that bad.

The basement toilet and JonBenets toilet were also not flushed at the time of the initial investigation.

Odd

Photos of JonBenet were found in the laundry in the basement.

They also found a cum rag from the half brother in the basement.

Hmm ok
What if the half-brother was the intruder? Had a thing for JonBenet? Apparently, him and his other sister were reportedly in the area earlier than the official Ramsey reports of them coming from Atlanta on a flight that morning. Why was the half-brothers case in the basement? Family protecting the other brother?

Theories to consider....as I go thru MS videos to see if he mentions him at all, looks into that angle.

That fits with the impression I had and in looking at images from inside the house, also fits that Patsy probably would get up in the morning and put the same clothes on that she wore the day before. Why I reckon the pineapple could have been sitting there for days waiting for the domestic staff to clean it up.

Very astute points

BTW, i was replying to MSs videos, and he replied today to me that a TENTH JonBenet video will be posted tomorrow. Something to look forward to
I fear that if you swing on MS's nuts any harder they are going to fall off. Or is that how he got the high pitched voice? :D

I just did the first one, a little easier to stomach than the Delphi ones :thumbsu:
