You complete Twat. Dermie was a star, and backed up his agression and thuggery with the ability to play some very very good footy. Watch the 1989 grand final, the 85 grand final where he kicked 8 in a losing side, and more than his fair share of games in his career where he dominated. To say that he had no talent shows the level of footy knowledge you clearly have.

I'l admit, he was involved in some rather unsavoury incidents, but so were guys like Denis Banks, Leigh Matthews, Darren Millane, David Rhys-Jones, Glenn Archer, Greg Williams...I can go on if you like, that doesn't make him a bad footballer. Part of his article today was trying to stop the defenders holding players off the ball when the ball is no where near them, as that was what builds the frustration that leads to incidents like we saw on saturday night.

Also, Hall isn't a semi-prop boxer, he trains and apparently has a career as a boxer ahead of him if he wants it, but nothing yet.

Firstly: Dermie is a self absorbed w***er, but, you can't question his footy, he was as tough and as skilled as they come, matter of fact his career was shortened due to the way he battered his body week in week out.
