Love your work here Everton, this got me thinking about the heritage guernsey which is the one I seem to wear most of the time. So I mucked around on paint and came up with this idea. It gives a nod to the old logo, I have changed the font and shaping to be more like the Everlast or Lonsdale brand look, included both the foundation teams initials in the logo, the C is now shaped more like an AFL ball than a gridiron one (which I understand was the old font) and I even added a little set of upside down goals to look like laces. I know it's not really a logo but I think it would make a good away jumper (especially in Melbourne) and in the right colors quite wearable on the street. I went for gold and grey just so people can't confuse us with Melbourne. It was quite fun to do so thanks for the challenge Eveton.

I think the medievil mace for the tail gives a sense of both history and ferocity

And I'm pretty sure that is workhorse's design.

I'd actually rather us wear that jumper (but with maroon shorts) than the three jumpers we currently have.

I like it a lot, but with maroon shorts it would be *incredibly* close to the white Suns guernsey (with the wave instead of the scratch marks). But it's much better than our white clash strip we have atm, I'd love if we used it.

Big fan of your logo too Everton, it looks good shrunk down. Definitely has the nice traditional soccer feel to it, which I don't mind.

I hated the jumper at the time, but seeing what we wear now, this is an absolutely brilliant jumper and I would vote for it in a heart beat with Maroon shorts as our home jumper in a second if it got rid of Paddlepop.
