The disconnect cheese was a complete joke. I'm so glad that's fixed. I'm sure the bridge will be re-cheesed soon enough but it's such a fun section to do properly I hope it isn't for a while

Anyone reckon they will want/need to run through the weekly before Xur rocks up tonight?

Will be looking to do it when I get home (around 4.30) on at least one of my characters (maybe two). Need to get enough Vanguard marks on my Warlock to get a legendary vendor chest piece so I can wear the Obsidian Mind helmet (sharded old vendor chest piece) so will probably run weekly on him and then rock the strike playlist for a bit.

I doubt Xur will have too much to tempt me - only exotic weapons I will buy from him are Thunderlord or Ice Breaker. I'm pretty well set for exotic armour - I have 37 strange coins would be nice to have a few more just in case though. I can always grab some heavy ammo synths if he's selling them.

No cheese (for now) is brilliant. As is the drop at Ir Yut. Losing the chance at exotics from the first chest is a bit sad, but let's face it, it was always way too easy. I'm just salty I never got anything out of it (bar one stinking No Land Beyond that is).

The only way the update could have been even better is if they busted out the "legendary raid weapons obtained from Vault of Glass will see a damage increase to 331" would jizz.

Weekly update:

First chest no longer drops exotics. Thats moved to Ir Yut and only get radiant mats from chest (woo ******* hoo! Awesome change)

I like this change, not only because I finally got my only exotic from the chest this week (Gjallarhorn lol) as it means there's finally a decent reward for the Ir Yut stage & gives a reason for doing one of the more difficult parts.

Still 323 or has it been bumped to some kind of 354 equivalent. If so I hope vools gets it

But you do know he can read though yeah? Not exactly a massive morale boost for the guy.
I'm sure Rich can speak for himself but I know I'd feel pretty cut if I read something like that about myself.
Might just be me but I'd probably leave something like that unsaid whether I believed it was the case or not.
