In any case, no way should Walker be traded. I also personally wouldn't want Didak anywhere near our club.

so you havnt watched any of his recent games?

watch the game against Sydney again my friend, he was the only player getting in and under, and remember he was returning from a shoulder op.

he provides drive through our midfield, not scared to take anyone on, and is one of the fittest players in our team.

walker completes our midfield, and to trade him for a liar and a prick would be a horrendous mistake.

I care about Didak being an idiot as much as I care that Fev is a peanut. They can both play.

But we will have made a hole in one position to fill another, that's not the way a trade should be done. Normally a good trade is one were you get rid of a player that isn't really needed for someone that is.

Crucial?? The spud has less of an impact on a game than Daisy Thomas, who i'm sure you will all think is the most overrated player in the Afl.

As for being an excellent rebounding defender.. His foot disposal is second to Carrazzo- Hardly excellent at all.

I am of the opinion that Grigg can play Walkers role.

Also, by trading Walker for Didak we keep our first round draft pick.

I just think we need another offensive weapon, and Didak is what we need to make our forward line more potent and less predictable.

Hey, dropkick. I posted this question on the Carlton board to get thoughts from fellow Carlton supporters, not clueless ferals.

Just as well the recruiting people at Collingwood would know that this would be a good deal for them, if it was to go down that way.

40+ goals from Walker would do the trick, if he's up to it.
