Last two times we played the Dogs Hall kicked 3 and 4 , worst case scenario he will kick 5/6 on either Reid or N Brown. Presti will be right to go in the Prelim.

But the thing is Presti wasnt on him for all those goals i know 1 of them in round one and 2 in round 11, Maxwell was on Barry and when he kicked em.

This makes my point even more valid :p, means we can cover BBBH without Presti while he regains full fitness.

My worry is about Jolly. Obviously he will play but wont a broken nose affect his breathing?

Can someone clarify this? I haven't expertise in this area so am only surmising.

If it's been straightened out right it shouldn't, at its worst though wouldn't be much worse then a sinus infection

He'll be right.

I've broken my nose about 3 times. They just put it back in place pretty much straight away (sometimes with surgery). You get a couple of nasty black eyes and a sore beak but it doesn't take too long to heal up.

Hurts a bit if you cop another whack though.

Just once for me, wasnt put back 100% (visually its right), lots of blood noses though:(

Jols will be right, his wife pissed off but he'll be ready

Yeah I've got a bit of a bend in the old beak. I get blood noses regularly now also, especially where I had a bit of trauma due to the whack. Constantly feels like I have a scab in the nostril.

One of my nostrils is significantly closed compared to the other but it doesn't have a huge impact on my breathing so big Dazzler shouldn't have troubles.

I've had 6 x broken noses.

The last one was last year, and amazingly it straightened it back out after years of being crooked from the previous 5. The old beak has never looked better!

And the next break will take it back to the old way once again.:p

Seriously, the only problem for Jolly will come if he gets hit in exactly same spot again.

He has a pretty big head (no offence:p) so I'd say he will be alright on Saturday night.:)

Yep now doubt he was always gonna play, anyway do you know the extent of Sam Fishers injury and how many will he miss if he misses any?

Hearing hes touch and go for this week if not will play the next knockout game in week 2 or 3 whenever it will be.. Reckon he could miss, he trained pretty half paced to my eye

Didak trained strongly today, including contact drills. He will play, it is certain.:thumbsu:

The only 3 players not involved in the full session were;

Jolly; Broken Nose, will play, but best not to do contact drills before the game.
O'Brien; He only did about half the session, no idea why.
Prestigiacomo; Trained "indoors" according the club.

Presti is the only Collingwood player in doubt, so in regards to this thread, END RUMOUR, RUMOUR SQUASHED.

Presti looks likely to play.
Collingwood_FC Mark Neeld: Presti should be right to play/we have finals exp which is critical. Full presser on CFC site soon. http://twitpic.com/2k38f2 12 hours ago reply

Hall kicks 6 in the wet on brown or reid its game over. But l don't fancy anyone kicking a bag saturday night

They spoke to Heath Shaw on one game at a time the other night, and they asked him about Didak and Presti. He laughed and said yeah they will both play.

Remember the rumour about his pect muscle started from a bullshit rumour from right here on this site.

I would not take it as real.Didak may have strained one of his shoulder muscles but for goodnesss sake he only needs to play 3 more games, juice him up ,we need him on the park.

Plus if they win this week everyone gets a week off.

This. He is not Josh Fraser after all.
