Got hold of a 2008 doco, "As Seen Through These Eyes"

It is a moving experience watching this about survivors of the Nazi concentration camps, some of them only children at the time, who came through the horrifying experience with scraps of paper they used to draw on what they saw and felt.

Some of those pieces of art will bring many tears.

Bitter Lake is OK but Curtis fails to mention Pakistan - the biggest driver of the conflict.

If war's ya thing, get on Hell and Back Again. It's also about Afghanistan and is sublime. Streets ahead of Restrepo, which I also liked.

Watched this over the weekend. Another miscarriage of justice story but different in that the guy found guilty isn't your typical underprivileged and under resourced individual. System is ****ed. Can truly happen to anyone. His Father is a great man!
