I was just wondering if anyone else watches "The Fat". It is a top show on ABC 9.30pm mondays. It is funny and serious like The Panel but devoted more on sport. Sam Kekovich is a pissa!

I used to watch it until I remembered that I hate rugby, Tony Squires and no AFL besides Sydney and a performing Melbourne side.

Did you notice that Wil Anderson's nails were painted black? Is he some sort of try-hard gothic or something? As Mario Fenech would say..."What's doin?"

Yeah, I watch it - it's usually pretty funny (though last night wasn't one of the best). The first episode for this season, the one which had Pat Rafter and Michael Bevan on, was hysterical.

I did notice Will Anderson's nails - at first I thought they were all bruised!

Never miss an episode.

If only Slamming Sam could play as fast as he talked, we may have won a couple more premierships.

Wil Anderson was on fire last night. It seemed to me that Slat's wasn't that happy with all his jokes, but didn't look half as bemused with Anderson as Aaron baddeley was with Wilko.

Yeah I watch it. I skipped over to Sex and the City when they had that soccer guy on but other than that, I enjoy the show a lot.

True enough......but occasionally they have Kouta on or somebody....I hope Dale is not going to be the AFL rep......Dr Turf is funnier.
YOu know I'm right.

PS:I tape Sex & the City and FF thru the quantities of ads on 9.

Also Last weeks West Wing was the best written thing I've seen on the tube for awhile (and that includes 6' Under)

It's a good show, but I think that the hour long format is a bit padded out, when it was half an hour long, it was great but it's still the best thing on monday nights.

45 minutes would have been absolutely ideal but for some strange reason TV producers hate 45 minute shows

Dunno why really ?

I agree with Wade - an hour is too padded out and the show loses some of its edge accordingly.

However the old half hour show was too frenetic and they always ran out of time at the end.

45 - 50 minutes would have been ideal.

cheers
