I won't jump on it because Ogilvy gets it usually right.

But it's interesting that we go for a half back... despite already having Lever, Smith, Laird, Kelly, Otten, Shaw... and just traded in Seedsman and Hampton.

I don;t give a shit whether or not he is any good. The reality is we didn't need pick 13 for him, so why didn't we trade it? Pick 13 is worth a shirtload during the trade week and we used it for a guy who was never going in the first round

That has to be the biggest shock pick in our history. All I can say is that Ogilvie is a jet and knows what he is doing. A 3rd tall defender is NOT a need in any shape or form, so this kid must be one hell of a player.

I'm shocked like everyone else, but more than happy to back Ogilvie in. There is no way we don't make a shock reach like that without a VER VERY good reason.
