Is the draft set to be in the morning on afternoon? Also, are they planning on doing the ever exciting countdown from 10 to 1 and then continuing with the rest of the draft?

Think they only did that the one year. And everyone thought it was stupid, so they went back to normal.
Could be wrong though.

This applies fullstop.

From what I have heard/read, they arent particularly close brothers and Brad isnt going anywhere whether we draft his brother or not.

Callum Twomey (draft expert) said Brad and Matt are extremely close as they're only 1-1.5years apart in age. Brad has spent the whole time off at home so far and matt and brad are running every day together.

Thanks for that interesting insight L. I wonder if it is it possible that other clubs might be wary of Brad's influence over Matt and that they might fear that they could eventually lose him to the Crow's if they draft him. Alternatively, would they think that they could use Matt if they drafted him to eventually influence Brad to their club?

When I was a kid I liked nothing more then belting my older brother !
Some of them very cheap shots as well. Don't worry he got me back.

Then when we played footy together he always looked after me ! Sibling rivalry breeds respect.

I find it a little interesting that his combine results were so poor. From my understanding Grigg slid mainly due to his perceived lack of pace as shown in his combine testing.

I do wonder whether for those players who know they are a certainty to get drafted, whether some of them don't try their best at the combine in an attempt to fall to the pick of a club they are interested in going to. Cyril certainly did this with his interviews at the combine (knowing that Hawthorn were interested) so I suppose that it's possible that players may flunk in other areas of testing too.

It'll certainly be interesting to see at what pick Crouch goes at. In the year Grigg was drafted, half way through the year, "TAC Cup Future Stars" with Wallace and Sheahan did a mock draft and had Adelaide selecting Grigg with our 1st round pick. In the space of a few months Grigg "slid" out to our pick 42. Will be interesting to see if something similar occurs with Crouch Jnr.

Everyone is going to be disappointed when he is drafted by someone else. Just hope it is some hopeless team like GWS or the Saints so we can persuade him to request a trade in a few years time ;)

Geez I hope someone picks him up before our pick. Last thing we need is another slow guy that lacks poise

Might be just me but reminds me of what people thought of Sam Mitchell at the same age.
your correct ......lots of criticism of Mitchell early on ...short, slow and not good projections

The guy to his credit put the extra training in, lost the puppy fat, and got himself super fit ......a case of if you want it bad enough what would you do ?

In terms of where Crouch will fall on draft night, I’ll be the last one surprised if he goes undrafted. With the lack of quality in this group though, there’s bound to be a club that will like him and one that might even use a first-round pick on him, but I’d be shocked.

Wow, everywhere else is making it sound like he's a definite chance to go top 15.
