Yeah, have to give you that. He pretty much doubled his output from 2001, played in a flag and then walked. Still not much of a return on a #1 draft pick with his physique and speed. He could, and should, have been a much better player than he turned out to be for us.

to be fair all those players went to a 2nd club,so they were all rated.

Yeah, they did, but they gave us 3/16 of SFA and about the same in compensation, so I get more pissed off when high draft picks walk and do well at their 2nd club (I'm not looking at you, James Aish and Jared Polec). I reckon our half-back line would be okay (!!!!) with Docherty and Yeo (2011 pick #30 27 games) in it.

As for Spanderman, maybe the recruiters were dyslexic and thought they were recruiting Aaron Sandilands; sorry, best I've got; no other explanation rears its head on that one.
