Your government/police force, and parents can’t control youth, you want volunteers to? Please man, use are all a bunch of sooks that have been hurt in the past and haven’t had the right help to deal with it.

I’ve said here and seen players, volunteers called names cause they play/help a certain club, lmao where is this hatred from, cause you got sworn at by someone at the football? Cause you got hit in a football game. Your son isn’t man enough to cop some banter on the field. Shut up and go on with your lives. You don’t like the northern saints that’s on you, you don’t want to come to Charles mutton reserve, no one is forcing you. You have a sour taste in your mouth about the club, brother go support someone else. we don’t need anyone’s pity, we don’t need fake love. What we have within us is enough. 100 on track every Tuesday Thursday, 8 juniors teams, finals every year, premierships in 2s. We don’t need pity from anyone.

If you want to be real men and have a problem, come down and speak to us face to face, we will help you deal with your issues. Some of your experiences are in the past anyway. We have a president at the helm busting his backside when he doesn’t need to, he isn’t getting paid, he does it for the love of the sport and community. Wow there’s a few bad apples, show me one club that doesn’t have them? Please show me. Even Keilor got done for cheating, but that’s okay?

If a grandparent is brought up around war and conflict then there behaviour is altered because of that, that then impacts their children which then impacts there children.

It’s like if someone grows up in a family of generations of drug abusers, they generally dont just become a doctor because they were born 40-50 years later, there behaviours and perception of the world is moulded around what they grow up with.

You can’t just click your fingers and change it. And the same goes for NS. It goes beyond footy sadly.

"You don’t really understand psychology and environmental factors then" a very broad statement I lived next to Vietnamese refugees who fled the communists in 1975 they were fantastic neighbours who taught their kids that they came here to leave all that garbage back in back in Vietnam and that they risked everything to get here and to be respectful and try hard and the you can be anything ,this was very typical of the early refugees going back as far as ww2 they all came here with psychological issues but wanted a peaceful life and instilled that in their kids just because your parents come from a war torn country does not give you the right to act like a thug there is no justification for anti social behaviour

From where I was there was some footy banter from the side lines, nothing racial at all (before they try pulling that card). NS players jumped the boundary to the Glenroy reserves players walking past. I did see Glenroy officals trying to break it up. No football banter warrants multiple assaults! Has to be caught on fined as they need to keep rolling for umpires safety. Hopefully No. 10 is banned for life!!

Seen Northern Saints crowd banter round 1. Brought a hadfield players wife into it. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Relegate them to a league with no morals.

Everyone hates your club for good reason, and it has nothing to do with racism.

No coach of any caliber would go there in a million years.
He has had his time, got them close last year and they got unlucky.
The mass exodus this offseason with not 1 notable replacement has them where they are.
They would have to pull a rabbit out of the hat to get this club back on track
Maybe that 2 time premiership reserves coach can take over

Enough is enough we have enough problems dealing with unruly youths breaking into our home bashing elderly and stealing cars .We should be able to go to a local game of footy support our local team with out facing violence from morons

That club has been completely irrelevant and a joke ever since the Caruso’s left who will never step foot in that club again.
That tells you about the culture of the northern saints. Club legends who gave it relevance won’t go back there

I could name just about any club in the EDFL and point to things that have happened in the past. So why is there so much focus on the Northern Saints right now?

If there are issues, let the league deal with them fairly and consistently, as they would with any other club. But turning it into a conversation about ethnicity? That’s not what footy should be about.

Instead of tearing them down, how about we show a bit of community spirit and wrap our arms around a club that’s doing its best to compete and stay strong. I’m sure none of us want to lose another club from the comp.

Wrap our arms around them? You haven’t obviously played against them. They don’t want to help themselves. These are issues that have plagued this club repeatedly for more than 10 years. You haven’t played a reserves game with one of their players umpiring allowing dirty tactics. Note many reserves games last year had no umpires.

I think if you put it to the clubs most don’t want to go there or want them in the comp. Ethnicity will come up because they have a majority of a certain ethnicity that whether you like it or not does has and will cause trouble when there is a large group of them together.

Especially the previous committee who handed over to the current people running it now, they are more at fault than anyone.
Go back they have all had a part in the joke of a club it has become for whatever reason
They are the decision makers

Hey mate, people have just had enough of it as it’s always the same club.

What I will add is majority are hits from behind or when people aren’t looking. Kicking and stomping incidents as well. Where does it stop??
Put head over the ball and show courage. I’m sorry but rarely is it face to face one on one stuff. I’m not condemning violence but it’s the crap that continues to occur that people are sick off. 13 weeks suspension. The other year a similar long suspension it’s enough.

I’m a previous committee member and I can tell you multiple senior coaches and committees never had the answers to fix these problems that started during Mick Caruso’s presidency and have been a problem since


For the people saying ban the club that will just punish the guys that do the right thing and the junior boys and girls
