From memory Veszpremi appeal brought up mitigating circumstances in that he was suffering from concussion.Iirc at windy hill a few years ago ago vespreni got 11 weeks later changed to 4 on appeal and Holihan got six weeks both incidents weren’t as bad as Cavka’s. He should have got sixteen weeks feck him you don’t want that shit happening on a football field or anywhere.
