To be really fair 3 of the first half dozen goals where from soft not even there free kicks for easy shots to Keilor. Nice to have your own umps. Neutral at the game just trying to enjoy a game put in doubt by the whistle blowers. Impacts the game early and APW are just always chasing the game down.

I’m not one to blame umpires. It’s a tough job.
IMO in the few games I watched APW, their midfield was enormous. I think the first quarter they just weren’t up to their usual standards and Keilor made them pay.
After that they got down to business and did very well. Don’t underestimate the quality of Keilor. I think APW did a great job to get ascendancy in that game but fell short. Great game. Not the umps though. I thought they were good.

Mores just too good all day. Keilor couldn’t get it going, but credit they kept fighting to the end.

Congrats to Mores, and Nick Ash, not many would have tipped this at start of the season.

Thanks mate. I new it months ago. Too many egos and no ruckman doesn't win grand finals. Of course injuries didn't help them but we have heard many times how depth is a strength of Keilors. Obviously not strong enough today.

Keilor’s season was basically a Netflix drama: caught cheating in episode one, plot twist with the easy let-off, and a tragic grand final flop in the finale.

Congratulations to Strathmore. Enjoy. Bad luck to Keilor. They were clearly banged up. Moores kicked the wind, dominated clearance and 11 shots should have been game over. Keilor hung in and kept trying.

Be a very interesting and even 2026. Could easily be a couple of new sides in the 5. Luck plays a big part.

Congrats Strathmore, many tipped to struggle a bit this season, some even claimed they might miss finals. Awesome effort by Ash & his team to win the flag. Tough calls at selection, some good players missed out, the captain being one of them must’ve been a tough call! Worked out!

Wonder if Keilor regret signing Mick for a couple of extra years. Might be stuck in the past still running with the huddle. Never evolving at training with 20+ years of initiative kicking. If they ever stick to the salary cap it would be interesting to see where they would finish. Umps tried to help them stay in it as best they could.

Karma is a thing, if Keilor got -12 and played on 30 points, people would think great effort and great club if they'd made the grand finalinstead they tried to twist the rules to win another flag.

Standard of premier seems to have dropped significantly from what I seen today vs a few years back.
