No, it’s called supporting good people in football from crap people in football. It is ok to stand up for what’s right.

Let’s see what you did say…. Seems you claim you didn’t say a bad word, and merely supplied “potential reasoning”… does this claim add up?…

1. “Bloke wasn’t good enough at coaching.” (Bad word?…)

2. “Coaching is more than results especially at local level? It’s relationship building and it’s well known from his time at Sunbury and others he struggled at relationship building.” (Claiming it is “well known from his time” at a club he never coached was offering “potential reasoning”? Or let’s be honest, it’s making a specific claim, and very false. The club and players he coached wanted him to stay, and still want him to return”.)

3. “At a club as intense at strathmore and when you’re a senior coach you represent the whole club. Juniors, 18s, women’s and seniors. Needs to be able to communicate and develop relationships and build them. And my understanding that’s not a strength.”(Very specifically talking about a club you claim to know very about coz you’re from the stick? Adding another bad word in “I understand it’s not a strength”).

I said at clubs like strathmore keilor riddle etc and refered to the responsibility that comes with it. It’s well known clubs such as this need to have what I stated below referring to juniors Etc

if saying something is not a strength is an attack or a bad word on someone then that’s not right. Nobody is perfect and flawless ? Stop being ridiculous. He like me and you and everyone In The world has flaws.

I did not select pieces. I posted the exact post you posted and just put a comment after each sentence proved clearly you weren’t guessing reasons lol. Did not change a word, did not leave anything out….

So you typically claim someone isn’t good at coaching despite not having anything to do with any club they coach?… what a weird thing to say. Hahaha.

My place of understanding and went to move on. Silly back and forths is ridiculous will keep my posts to myself in my home areas next time.

Have just come over here from the Bendigo and RDFL thread, Pat to wallan is the reason.

Seen the news re ash. If he’s been axed Post a flag how is he going to go somewhere else that’s anywhere of quality when 1 or 2 things have clearly happened. Players are either completely off him as per this thread seems to believe, and if not then the board would have been (assuming strathmore have a board ). And when the hierarchies and players are off you at clubs like strathmore or keilor here, and like Riddle and co back at home in the RDFL, you’re clearly not the right person despite the results. And they won under the apparent “new” coach didn’t they?

Fact BC04 is not Nick Ash, I know Nick really well and he does not read this forum nor does he post on it. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions good and bad. Has he been treated well by Strathmore No, can he coach? His track record suggests he can. He has been extremely successful throughout his football journey as a player, captain and coach. Is Nick disappointed with what has happened? Yes he is but he will move on. For those out there that want to validate Strathmore’s decision by posting negative comments about Nick good luck to you. Nick could not care less. Time to move on.

That's consecutive coaches that have been moved on from Strathmore under questionable circumstances & in turn had it play out on social media.
For a well run club, they seem to mishandle coaching changes.
