I really hope Southampton beat Arsenal midweek purely for the fact that AFTV and Troopz are just losing their minds and it's just such wonderful TV.

I feel for the Arsenal lads on here who are a good bunch but it's just must watch TV and if they lose again it will be amazing to watch the aftermath!

Don't think it can get much worse than losing at home to Burnley mate (except for losing to the Blunts, that would be rock bottom)

Beats me why so many Gooner fans are forgiving of Areta, yes they have probably one of the worst owners of the League, but he has treated Ozil like crap, and it's a results based league.

No way will they get relegated, but if they do not manage to get some wins by mid January, the Gaffer's goose will be cooked.

They certainly are capable of performing a lot better,.

While no doubt his tenure was stale by the end, I'm betting the #wengerout crew are feeling a bit stupid now.

Why? Wenger needed to be replaced. Just because they cannot choose a proper replacement does not mean it was wrong to replace him.

Like I said, things certainly had grown stale under his management by the end, but the cries for him to leave started long before then. An ultimately he was achieving a lot more with far less talented squads than the current one.

More just an acknowledgement that the grass isn't always greener.

Annoying that the goal comes from what should have been our goal kick. Big offside shout from our players as well when Silva headed it out. Not looked at though, is it because Silva played it?

We’re just flat track bullies. Any team of substance and we wilt and for all that money we’re looking to Everton and Wolves.

Not a chance in hell we’re contending for anything but the top four and even we may only just scrape in.

I doubt we will be troubling top 4 either.

Really genuinely feel like we are too slow in attack. Werner often makes runs behind defence that just don't get looked at at all because we'd rather get the ball to Chilwell or James and just bomb crosses in all day.

It's clearly not working. Our best moments of play were when Pulisic and Werner were driving at the defence, shorter passes to get into the area. Not just hit and hope crosses in to Giroud thinking that he's the saviour.

We've very quickly forgotten the work that Tammy was doing in the build up simply because he missed a few chances. Giroud does not give us the same quality in that regard.

I'll add that it's okay to go the "only crosses boys" when one of those crossers is Ziyech. But if it's just Chilwell and James, there's no real variety.
