Essendon Match

Tuesday and I had a thought the other day...

We're off, once more, to Melbourne, for the Essendon match. We were thinking that it would be fabulous for as many non-Melbourne Swans fans to make it down for that match as possible. A Red-and-White invasion.

So, if you're contemplating making it down for one more match this year, why not make it the Essendon match? Flights are on sale at Virgin Blue at the moment. (I already had mine- dammit, I wasted $40)

And, of course, we could have a bit of a booze-up after the match

Yeah thats got me thinking, I'll book in the leave with work and fly down.
I had to put up my cousin when he flew up for the Pies match so its time he returned th favour. I'll have to worn him to gas up the keg with the home brew

Haven't been to a game at the the Dome yet, should be fun.

Essendon is probably not the best match for a red and white invasion

The Bombers have a cozy little deal with Telstra Dome that allows them to cram as much red and black in there as possible while away team fans get shafted

I went to Essendon v. Western Bulldogs earlier in the year and had no worried getting tickets 10 minutes before the match started...
