Was thinking the same thing. But I managed to find two decent guns.

Shotgun with 25% wounding. Basically running around killing raider types in one shot. Mutants two shots.

You can get a unique unlimited clip Laser Rifle called UP77 Limitless Potential from the Credit Union building at University Point. It is on the south east side of the map and you need to be able to open master locks

Also up your gunslinger and rifleman perks (or heavy weapons, commando for automatic weapons) - makes you much more powerful with weapons.

The original green is terrible. I had the light blue for a while, is sick but right now I'm just running with the White.

Tried to ditch the costume and it said I couldn't because it was a quest item or somesuch.

Guy in Goodneighbour, think in the Memory Den, go in and one of the pods will have a Silver Shroud stand, go into the door near it and speak to the ghoul inside.

Get ur ass to Goodneighbour, and when there, make sure u check every room at the memory den...

Not sure but you might have to tune your radio to his channel.
