I can't believe it, we went almost this far without mentioning Homer Simpson. Quite simply the best character on TV. (Even though JUBJUB said no cartoon characters)

I agree with Buffy - she can slay me anytime she likes.

Drew's alright, but I wouldn't call him a character as such. Mimi, now that's a character.

Honourable mentions to Mr Bean, although he is getting a bit old now, Basil Fawlty, Hyacinth Bucket, Onslo and Daisy and the Ab Fab girls. You can't beat the best of British.
