I came across a site which had the entire theme song on the net quite some time back.

Back to the topic:
I also love In The Heat Of The Night, the Ray Charles performed theme song.
21 Jump Street has always been a favourite as well, the original long version of Coronation Street circa 1960 is a good one.
Steptoe & Son, the original George & Mildred (from the very early episodes) themes are quite catchy too.
