and its soooo easy to rake in the money.

i get 1.9 mil from sponsors and pay my players 100k a game.

1.8 mil a game plus money for home games.

EA said this year they were focusing on improving the Gameplay as much as they could. Next year they'll be focusing on the Manager Mode.
 
love the game play this year , minus on some ocassions you and ur mates players will run sideways at the same tym for like .5 of a seconds it's0 really odd. I am a big fan of the updates how a players stats change depending how they play currently in real life. cristano ronaldo is bascially unstoppable in the game unless u use my beloved clichy to stop him:cool:

Stay the same I'm pretty sure, unfortunately.

Manager mode is much better on PS2 than the PS3, but BAP is ordinary on the PS2.

Yeah but the've purposely ommited features, its a massive dog move. All so they can introduce them again next year and claim they are 'New Features'.:thumbsdown::(

Not really, it is actually a fantastic initiative, sure it would be good to have a fully functioning Manager mode, but I would rather they focus on getting the gameplay as realistic as I could conceive to be possible, which I have to say is so lifelike it is amazing, bar the odd glitch and bug, and from now they will only need to improve graphics as usual, and really start to refine and bring in a whole new bunch of features.

It is far better than a half-arsed gameplay and manager mode, at least BAP is some fantastic fun, and manager mode, while not at its fullest is still functional enough.

is it just me or does this game have a steeper learning curve than previous fifa's?

they seem to have explicitly changed everything from 08 that made me actually good at the game..

harder to tackle, harder to dribble, passing has to be more spot on, and wtf is with that jostling stuff.. how do u actually do it?

make a decision on where u are going to head it, press the head button, then try and move the player out of the way, right before u head the ball re apply the direction of where u want the ball to go.:thumbsu:

not a lot you can do there, the game runs on a dynamic engine that constantly evaluates the skills of the two players i.e Strength, standing tackles, marking, speed, dribbling, ball control etc.

i wouldnt recommend spending too much time running along side a defender unless you know for sure your player is stronger. You can see the DEF gaining control of you so just back away and pass.

As far as how? well its fairly simple, just dont run into them, run beside them, the player will do the rest.

and on the bench is a 16yo striker who i got right at the start on a free who is a 71.

I played Elano in behind Jo (who is a jet) and thought he was ordinary. I sold him for about 27 mil. I was hoping for Messi, but at 64 million he was steep.

Ramos has been my best buy. Absolute freak. 3 direct assists in his first two games from way out of the box.

It's a better game than any PES title I've played. Absolute ripper.
 
sorry if this has been discussed before but does anybody think this game is rigged? just beat chelsea 5 - 0 on legendary and then lost to a nine man reading
 
You probably just relaxed against Reading because you thought you could beat them easier, as they're not as good as Chelsea.
