What rank do you get during a fut champs weekend?

Finish around gold 1 weekly. Best has been 30 wins but tend to float around there.

So I've got this mate, he epitomises the phrase "all the gear, no idea." He's got Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar, his squad is an overall 189. This is our head to head.



Then I've got this other mate, who in fairness is better than the W/L record suggests, but he just keeps coming back for more. I'm honestly surprised we've played nearly 100 games against each other. His side consists of the likes of De Gea, Aguero, De Bruyne, Pogba and Hazard.



That's a combined 35 titles to 1, a win loss ratio of 109-7-22. Scored 482 goals, and conceded 178.

Anyone else currently enjoying a patch of destroying their mates in FIFA and letting them know all about it? lol.

FWIW- my team theme has evolved from EPL with Kane, Eriksen, Shaqiri, Payet, Vardy, Courtois during the early days of Ultimate Team in 17, into a Calcio A squad which contained TOTW Immobile, Dybala and TOGS Mertens spearheading the attack, as well TOTW Handanovic in goal. However, in the last fortnight, I've transitioned to a Bundesliga team, I struck gold and got TOTY Alves in a pack opening and I've essentially turned him into TOTW Lewandowski. Neuer in goal, Reus and Robben supporting Lewandowski and the likes of Muller and Vidal as CM's.

Like I said before player skill is a greater advantage than team. Well done mate.

I managed to pack James, Barzagli and Nainggolan in my draft and sbc packs and I'll be waiting to sell them on after toty. Also managed to invest in a load of Areola's and Marquinhos's for around 750 coins each and hoping to sell them on after. That's why I love toty everyone manages to drop in price.

I feel like unless you're using a stacked team that this game rewards pace over players skill. Especially in UT where you have people who stack their midfields with nothing but pace. I just played a guy who had Lukaku, Sterling and Sturridge in CM and absolutely destroyed me having Mane , Bolasie and Walcott all on the pitch at the same time.

The fact they can thread through balls and pass just as well as the likes as Alonso and Pirlo just makes it even more frustrating.

Is ther a way to play online seasons at all with more than one guest? We just want to play with myself and two mates but not have to be in fixed positions like in pro clubs.

Any of the career players know any decent signings for less than £ 200,000? Just started a career in EFL League 2 and need to bring in some good players

My transfer budget is £200,000 and remaining wage budget £9,000, so hoping to find a few real cheap

You do realise you can use player instructions to stop defenders from attacking.

You do realise you can use player instructions to stop defenders from attacking.

That's not my issue though. They can sit back all they like but it doesn't change that the speedsters are way too overpowering all over the pitch.

Negative. I think only two of the guys were on last night. Most of us were going to be on but there was a bit of a family issue so one was at my house and we missed the session. Unfortunately I've been missing a lot of our games lately as our work hours are all over the joint and I always miss the other guys

You guys drop to div 3? Last I heard the guys missed div 2 promo on the weekend by two points and I don't think they have tried since.

Wonder how our teams were matched up then? I thought the brackets were div 1-2, then div 3-4-5. Unless they made it to div 2 and I just don't know yet. Nearly every man and his dog has Sterling, Musa and Vardy it seems.
The game still heavily favors pace.

I have a TOTW Giroud and his pace is quite low therefore no out the back goals.

If it's not those three it's Rashford , Walcott, Sanè or Manè and it's always the 4321 formation. Not to mention they tend to stack the midfield with pace too, I've seen guys convert Sturridge and Lukaku into centre mids. They're junk players but tend to win purely because pace players are OP.

Saw that. As long as they fix any issues with it, it's all good.
I can't seem to win knock out cups so just gonna try and get up to Div 1 and qualify that way.
Just reached Div 3 and have a record of 38-4-5 using this team.

My mate and I got back into pro clubs today. Up to division five and haven't ever been relegated yet fortunately. We breezed through division six, winning the title and remaining undefeated. Enjoying the mode a lot.
