Yeh's he been crap for more than a month. Against the Dogs he only got 24 possessions, 19 against Melb, 23 against St. Kilda and 25 against Adelaide.....yes I know I forgot the big one last week when he only had 12 possessions.....complete crap for a month or more. I wouldnt think that level of output would get anybody a game..

Lets be honest their would have to be an Essendon like fade out for us to miss the 8 from here and seeing we still have to play sides like Brisbane, GWS and Carlton that already gets us to 11 wins for the year then that should get us in the 8. In our last 9 games worst I see us going is 6-3. That would put us 14 and 8.

Curious as to which 3 you think we will lose? (I also disagree that 11 wins would make the 8. 12 got 8th (before Essendon disqual) last year and it took 14 wins to get there in 2012.)

For the record in order of difficulty I currently see our remaining games:

Hawks
Port
Suns away
Eagles away (we only just beat them in Vic although didn't play well)
Adelaide
Essendon
GWS (away)
Carlton
Brisbane

We simply aren't playing well enough to beat Hawks or Port at present. Conversely if we can't beat Brisbane in Melbourne than we don't deserve to play finals. Being able to beat at least one of Suns & Eagles & win all 5 'easier' games would see us 14-8 (same as last year) and hopefully get a home final (probably 6th).

Way we've been playing we may beat Suns & Eagles but lose an easier one.

We're not winning the grand final this year folks (barring a miracle and no more injuries).

Therefore I'd play a kid or 2 come finals. Play the Berg if he's back. Even if he struggles, it'll be an experience to build on.
