Does she own a temperature converter? Because otherwise, well, no. She hates me. She would want my meatloaf to burn and tell me the wrong temp. She's a trickster for sure.

Too dry. I didn't have all of the regular ingredients so improvised a bit. I once had a great recipe where it was baked in liquid. I couldn't go through my mum's recipe box before I left. It was too difficult. I presume my sister just threw it out.

Yes, but I began to cook everything in 2002 when she fell and broke her wrist. She never wanted to cook after that. Said she liked my cooking. I made most of her recipes but we argued about her pigs in the blanket. My dad loved them but I didn't. She stood next to me whenever I made them to make sure I made them right. I got my parents away from their usual food. I'll never forget the day I made taco salad. My dad kind of grunted, but ate everything. He said my potato pancakes were better than his grandmother's and mother's. I must make them here.

The last meal I made for him, the evening he had a brain aneurysm, was sloppy joes. I bought the wrong sloppy joes mix. I bought the name brand one, but he liked the cheap generic one. The last meal I made for him, he complained about. LOL That was the same evening he said that I only stayed because I wanted to steal his money. I am so grateful that he was only at the start of Alzheimer's when he died. Didn't know what hit him. I should be so lucky.

Oh yeah. I knew he didn't mean it. If he only knew that I lost over a million dollars for staying there that long and that I only got 1/5 of the house. Meh. It's only money. I don't need much. Well, maybe Netflix... I was able to catch mum's dementia early because of his diagnosis of Alzheimer's. She was on meds to slow the progression early. That's one reason she was able to reach 90. I should have kept her meds for me. What was I saying?
