Ok so i just got my first ever water bill
Its $96 CREDIT like wtf.

Says $300 was deducted for "change of ownership" and i have zero to pay this quarter and $96 taken off my next bill.

Yes. I vaguely remember them. I think I might have watched the first episode. The woman had been a reject on the first Bachelor show. I think their wedding was televised live from the Bahamas or someplace.
